Terms and Conditions

  • 100% of the Invoice must be paid before delivery.
  • No refunds on personalised/customised items.
  • Production takes approximately 5-10 working days and excludes shipping times
  • PLEASE NOTE: Artwork is included in the price for customised products along with 1 set of changes, artwork thereafter will be charged for accordingly.
  • Dandebug Designs will not be held responsible for any damages during transport with couriers. We do however package our product with lots of protection & care. There will be no refunds. Once the product has left our premises Dandebug Designs will not take responsibility for damages.
  • Dandebug Designs does not hang any signage/decor for customers and will not be held responsible for any incorrect application. Once the product has left our premises we take no responsibility for damages. We cannot refund on incorrect applications/hanging.
  • We do not do refunds or exchanges on custom products so please ensure you are sure of your order before placing it and that all spelling and details you provide is 100% correct.
  • Please note that when ordering large items like envelope boxes there will be extra courier charges based on area and box size and will be quoted accordingly.
  • Please note that colours may sometimes differ from screen to screen and from a desktop to a smart phone due to screen pixels and file formats. Our computer screens are calibrated to our devices and we cannot be held responsible for any colour variations from screen to print. If you are unsure please drop us a mail before ordering.
  • Orders require a signature upon receipt so please ensure that someone will be there to sign for the package
  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched
  • Please note that delivery times may be affected by load shedding and courier delays that maybe caused by nature, robberies and hijackings and this is not in our control.
  • Pricing on our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue items without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to any one for any price adjustments, modifications or discontinuance of products or services.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. At our sole discretion we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. These may include orders placed under the same account, credit card or the same shipping/billing address. We reserve the right to prohibit or limit any orders that, in our sole judgement appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributers.
